In early 2021, I came out as transgender. This is an album about that early period. It's about the anxiety, the catharsis, and the feeling you have to break yourself down to build yourself back up again. It's also about loud noises and how sick drums are.

This entire album was written and produced using an Elektron Model:Cycles and Model:Samples. The features and limitations of those boxes inspired me to make tracks that are as short and punchy as possible. Only one track is longer than 3 minutes, and I'm proud of that.

Euphoria Now is structured in a classic, two-sides album formula. Side A (tracks 1-6) are loud, energetic and punishing. They want to sweep you away through sheer momentum. Side B is a twisted inversion of that style. These tracks more jittery and esoteric, building tension, before collapsing in on themselves.

Each track means something specific to me, but I won't go into that. I just hope you enjoy them!
